How to show selected delivery methods and time on Shopify Orders?

To sync selected delivery methods and time on Shopify order side, follow the below steps:

Step 1: Go to Settings -> Shopify

Step 2: Enable Shopify Tags Settings, and then Click on Save.

Enable Tags

Now from your next orders, you can see the selected delivery methods, date and time on Shopify order side similar to the image below.
